Our showcase, the Web-Dynamics Customer Portal demonstrates how eBusiness solutions can be delivered on Microsoft Dynamics NAV as a SharePoint or standalone solution.
The Web-Dynamics Customer Portal provides an innovative way for businesses to build and sustain long term customer relationships. It provides online customer services directly integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, enabling employees of a customer to view and track the status of their orders, view financial transactions and their account balance, change customer contact details and raise and monitor service requests. Additionally with SharePoint, the Web-Dynamics Customer Portal allows your clients to pro-actively share information and knowledge with their customers.
The showcase is delivered as a diff disk for the Microsoft Dynamics –NAV baseline VPC .
However, a short demo is also provided as a windows media file (WMV).
